Phobias be gone!!

9 out of 10 people will have a fear of something. 6 out of 10 of those with fears have phobias. Phobias happens when the fear become excessive and irrational, thus affecting the livelihood of the said person.

From fear of flying, to fear of red pens or fear of death, having a phobia is no laughing matter. It is real to the sufferer and not only does it affect themselves but it does have an effect on the people around them. To the lay person, how scary could it be to take a flight to your favorite destination. But to those living with that phobia, the fear is intense. It is hard to explain how different people experience the fear.
